1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from April 1, 2012 to October 5, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, the plaintiff lent KRW 200,000 to the defendant before March 2008 by determining the due date as March 31, 2012.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 200,000 won with 5% per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from April 1, 2012 to October 5, 2016, and 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment, which is the day following the above loan 200,000,000 won and the day following the due date. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is justified, and is so decided as per Disposition.
