1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as 5% per annum from March 11, 2012 to March 8, 2016 to the Plaintiff.

According to Gap evidence No. 1, the defendant agreed to pay KRW 200,000,000 to the plaintiff on March 2, 2012.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 200,000,000 won with 5% per annum as stipulated by the Civil Act from March 11, 2012 to March 8, 2016, on the record that the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from March 11, 2012 to March 8, 2016, and 15% per annum as stipulated by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is justified, and is so decided as per Disposition.
