1. The Defendant’s KRW 200,000,000 as well as the annual rate of KRW 5% from August 1, 2015 to September 6, 2016 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. The plaintiff lent 100,000,000 won to the defendant on December 17, 2007 and 100,000,000 won on December 26, 2007 respectively.
B. The Plaintiff demanded the Defendant to pay KRW 200,000,000 by July 31, 2015, and the Defendant did not fully pay KRW 200,000.
C. Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 20 million won and 5% per annum from August 1, 2015 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from August 1, 2015 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of complete payment under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings.
2. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
