A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In 2007, the Defendant married with the Victim C (V, 37 years old) around 200.

1.
