1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person of the 2015 Highest 1847 shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible or intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

On April 27, 2015, the Defendant was engaged in exchanging the results obtained through the use of game products by deducting 10% commission per point of points generated by recognizing the said card in a e-gameland from the customers in their vicinity and paying 9,000 won at the lower parking lot for D entertainment tavern in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.

On April 27, 2015, the Defendant was arrested in violation of the Game Industry Promotion Act at around 15:30 on April 27, 2015, and was admitted to the second detention room of the Daegu Northern Police Station located in the 100 Daegu Northern Police Station.

On April 29, 2015, at around 08:30 on April 29, 2015, the Defendant expressed the victim G, who is a police official working as F in the above custody room, and other hosts, such as I, J, etc., who divides conversations into shift service, and sexual intercourses, to the victims “hys, hys, hys, and hys, regardless of the text, if fysing, by telephone, if fys, if fysing.” The Defendant expressed the victim’s desire to “hys, fys, I, and fys, if fysing, by telephone.” The victim G expressed that “hys, fys, I, and fys, who are employed as a police official in F in the above custody room.
