Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things.

From January 2012 to May 2012, the Defendant: (a) took charge of the job placement of “D”, which is a site of private sports sports discussions; (b) invested funds; and (c) shared duties to manage shock, exchange, and website while managing overseas employees.

Accordingly, in collusion with E, F, etc. in order from January 2012 to May 2012, the Defendant opened D, a private sports soil site in the Philippines, and received money from members of the gambling site from members who joined the gambling site in F’s H account in F’s name. The Defendant received 8,931,06,54 won in total, such as as in the list of crimes in the attached Table, and received money, and operated the private sports soil site by means of paying dividends in accordance with the dividend rate set in advance.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, committed acts similar to the issuance of sports promotion voting rights, and at the same time opened a space for gambling for profit.
