Punishment of the crime

A person who is not an entrusted business entity or a national sports promotion corporation of the Seoul Olympic Games or a person who is not an entrusted business entity shall not provide property or property benefits to persons who win the results of sports promotion by issuing sports promotion votes or similar things.

The Defendant conspireds with E, F, G in consecutive order, and E and F managed employees as an operator of the private sports soil site, and G are in charge of shocking and site management, and the Defendant shared duties to take charge of the collection and withdrawal of Do deposits in Korea.

Accordingly, from January 2014 to January 18, 2016, the Defendant conspired with E, F, and G, opened “H”, a private sports soil site, and received KRW 1,322,83,156 from members who joined the gambling site in I’s name from members who joined the gambling site, and received KRW 1,32,83,156 in the I’s name, and received KRW 17,926,50,685 in total, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and received KRW 17,926,50,50,685 in advance, such as in the attached list of crimes, before a domestic and foreign sports event was held, and as a result, received KRW 5,00 at a minimum amount of KRW 5,00 to KRW 1,00,00,00,000 in advance for members who participated in the sports.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, committed acts similar to the issuance of sports promotion voting rights, and at the same time opened a gambling space for profit-making purposes.
