A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2013, at around 03:15, the Defendant was driving a C rocketing car under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.074% without obtaining a driver’s license from the front line of the “caton” road located in the Gyeong-gun of Gyeonggi-gu to the front line of a golf course located in the same Ri, which is located in the same 2km.

2. The Defendant: (a) assaulted D et al. with his daily activities on the front of the above B golf course at a time and at the same time; (b) received 112 reports; and (c) was sent to the site by the police officers of the Eunpyeong Police Station Embs; and (d) was likely to be aware of the fact that the police officers carried out drinking and driving without a license as stated in the above paragraph, and (c) had F, who was a passenger, made a false statement to the effect that he driven the said

The Defendant, at the above date, at the above time and place, told F, who was seated on the top of the above rocketing car operation, that “it is difficult for F to drive by NA and shift the place immediately before us get off the vehicle from the vehicle,” and caused F to make a false statement to the effect that he had her drive the said vehicle to the above place on his behalf.

On May 11, 2013, the aforementioned F stated to the police officer in charge that he/she driven the above rocketing car from the front of the “culp” road to the above golf course, with the knowledge that the Defendant committed an offense subject to a fine or heavier punishment, at the Eunpyeong Police Station Emba, he/she, even though he/she knew of the fact that the Defendant committed an offense subject to a fine or heavier punishment, and prepared and submitted the situation report of the driver with the same purport, the report on detection of the drinking driver, and the written statement to the same effect.

Accordingly, the defendant instigated the above F to escape the offender.
