Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 21:45 on May 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) started driving in front of a restaurant at the New Mancheon-ri Cheongcheon-ri Cheongcheon Sea Station; and (b) driven a B rocketing car with blood alcohol content of 0.157% under the influence of alcohol at a 300-meter section up to the same trib Kabl Kaf-ro road.
