A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months and a fine not exceeding 300,000 won.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000.

1. At around 21:50 on Nov. 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s attitude of “Is the victim’s “Is the end of business hours” while drinking alcohol at the D’ restaurant operated by the victim C (the 62 years of age) in Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun; and (b) expressed the victim’s attitude that “Is the victim’s life or body would be harmed. Is the victim’s body.”
2. On December 9, 2017, the Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act: (a) declared a disturbance for about one-hour period of time under the influence of alcohol at a new police box located in the name of Jindo-gun, Jindo-gun, by following the following reasons: (b) on the ground that he/she was dissatisfied with the treatment of civil petitions filed by him/her; (c) if he/she fails to resolve the civil petitions, he/she shall not go to the chief of the police box; (d) if the police officer called out to the lower level of the police box would be dint of his/her intimidation; and (d) if he/she fails to resolve the complaints, he/she shall not go to the chief of the police box; and (d) if he/she refuses to return home.”
