1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months;

2. Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;

A. On October 24, 2012, around 04:00, the Defendant: (a) discovered the breath’s breath alcoholous victim C in a 7-12-dong, Suwon-gu, Busan (Yancheon-gu); and (b) caused the theft of the breath card of the Bank, which is owned by the victim, by an influence method.

B. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13:27, the Defendant: (b) was a cash withdrawal machine installed in front of the Bank located in the Dong-dong 212-9, Suwon-gu, Busan.

As stated in the foregoing paragraph, the card password, which was obtained by inserting a stolen card, was entered into and withdrawn from KRW 1,00,000 in cash, and then withdrawn KRW 3,420,000 in cash from October 26, 2012 to October 13:29, 2012.

2. Fraud or violation of the Specialized Credit Finance Business Act;

A. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant at the Busan Young-gu E convenience store around November 26, 2012

A stolen card, such as this, was presented to the victim F, who was the owner of the card, as if it were his own card, and signed the sales slip and was issued by the victim 2 A tobacco amounting to 5,400 won at the market price.

B. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant was above the Gmatet in Suwon-gu, Busan around 11:47

A stolen card, such as paragraph (1), was presented to the victim B twice as he/she was his/her card, and was signed on the sales slip and received from the victim the goods amounting to 117,160 won at the market price.

C. On October 26, 2012, the Defendant was above the Defendant’s “h pharmacy in Suwon-gu, Busan, on October 26, 2012.”

A stolen card, such as this, was presented to the victim I, who was the owner of the card, as if it were one's own card, and signed the sales slip and received goods equivalent to 9,000 won at the market price from the victim.

On October 26, 2012, at around 12:10, the Defendant’s 1st floor “K pharmacy” in the building located in the Busan East-guJ around Busan East-gu.

A stolen card, such as paragraph (1), shall be charged to the victim's name, who has been occupied twice as he/she was his/her card.
