Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 18, 2013, around 14:23, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by inserting a corporate bank, banking, and e-mail card which the victim’s mother had been engaged in financial transactions in the ATM machine No. 274 at a post office No. 444-26, Suwon-dong, Suwon-dong, Busan, in a manner that would bring about the theft to the wall.

2. Fraud;

A. At around 14:32 on the same day, the Defendant purchased a stolen card, as described in paragraph (1), from the Schlage’s trade name “D” located in Suwon-gu Busan, and presented it as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and had the business owner settle the purchase price, thereby having the business owner acquire 3,350 won pecuniary gains.

B. At around 14:43 on the same day, the Defendant purchased drugs at a pharmacy in Suwon-gu E, Suwon-gu, and presented a stolen card as stated in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and had the business owner settle the purchase price of KRW 10,00,000, and KRW 14,000 in total, thereby having the business owner acquire pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 24,00.

C. At around 14:55 on the same day, the Defendant purchased wall at H located in Suwon-gu G, Suwon-gu, and presented a stolen card as stated in paragraph (1) as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and had the business owner settle the purchase price, thereby having the business owner acquire pecuniary benefits equivalent to KRW 13,500.

At around 15:22 on the same day, the Defendant, when purchasing Baba in Nam-gu I, presented the stolen card as stated in paragraph 1 as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s card, and had the business owner settle the purchase price, thereby acquiring pecuniary gains equivalent to KRW 178,00.

E. At around 15:31 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) presented a stolen card as described in paragraph (1) as the Defendant’s card, and had the business owner settle the purchase price; and (b) acquired pecuniary profits equivalent to KRW 152,000.
