1. Of the judgment of the court of first instance, the part against the defendant in excess of the following amount ordered to be paid shall be revoked.
Reasons
1. The reasoning for this part of the underlying facts is as follows. Except for the addition of “B No. 11” to Chapter 8, the company under Article 420 of the Special Terms and Conditions for the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (including the same passenger) of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 1 of the Special Terms and Conditions for the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) provides that if the insured inflicts any injury falling under any of the following subparagraphs on another person due to a sudden and future accident while driving a motor vehicle during the insurance period of this Special Terms and Conditions, the company will pay to the insured for each accident the amount of money paid as a criminal agreement to each victim as a subsidy for the settlement of traffic accidents.
1. Where a victim dies, the company under Article 3 (Reasons for Not Payment of Insurance Money) shall not prevent insurance money when any of the following events occurs to cause the payment of insurance money:

In the case of private use, the company under Article 1 (Types and Grounds for Payment of Insurance Money) of the Accident Special Clause (Types of and Grounds for Payment for Insurance Money) which occurred while the insured is driving a motor vehicle for the purpose of its business shall pay the insurance money to the beneficiary within the limit of KRW 20 million per accident by making it difficult for the insured to inflict bodily injury on another person due to a sudden and remote accident while driving the motor vehicle during the insurance period of this Special Clause.
Article 3 (Reasons for Not Payment of Insurance Money) The Company shall not prevent insurance money when any of the following events occurs to cause the payment of insurance money:
1. The intention of the insured person: Provided, That where the insured person has impaired himself/herself in a state that he/she is unable to make a free decision due to mental disorder, etc., he/she shall pay the insurance money to him/her;
2. Intentions of a beneficiary of insurance: Provided, That he/she shall be the beneficiary of insurance;
