Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a general restaurant of “D” in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

No person who sells or provides agricultural and fishery products or the processed products thereof after cooking shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to such products.

Nevertheless, from January 1, 2016 to May 16, 2016, the Defendant purchased from “F” located in Sinnam-si from “F” in the above restaurant to KRW 90,000 in the amount of KRW 10,00,00 for raw materials, the country of origin of the Congo was imported, and sold to the customers who find the place of business after cooking the “Mean Sgobbed” me, and falsely indicated the country of origin of the country of origin marking from May 13, 2016 to May 16, 2016.
