A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for fifteen years.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is in a marital relationship with the victim C (math, 48 years of age).

On October 6, 2013, around 11:30 on October 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) the victim entered the house outside of his house of the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D apartment 1308 1303 Do 1303, “Isphering to get to drink”; (b) the victim respondeded to “Isphering”; (c) the victim thought that I continue to monitor himself/herself; and (d) after the victim, etc., he/she sphered the victim’s timber with his/her left arms and got to drink his/her own hand. (c) The victim sphereded the victim’s timber in the manner that Isphered him/her to go beyond the floor along with the victim.

The defendant continued to set the victim's neck over the floor by hand, and made the face of the resistance victim a drinking.
