A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On January 16, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the Cheongju District Court for the crime of bodily injury, etc., and on April 29, 2011, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the sixth month of imprisonment for the crime of bodily injury at the Cheongju District Court for the crime of bodily injury. On October 11, 201, the above two cases were consolidated at the appellate court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 27, 2012, upon being sentenced to imprisonment of one year and four months at the Cheongju District Court for the said two cases.

1. At around 22:50 on June 28, 201, the injured Defendant: (a) was under the influence of alcohol to the victim E while boarding a Fnata taxi driven by the victim E (51 years of age) in front of Cheongju-si, U.S. on the street, and (b) was under the influence of alcohol to the victim E; and (c) was defective as to why the victim would have paid the cost to the engineer; (d) the victim would have “I would like to go against if I would go through it; and (e) the victim E would be unable to drive the said taxi on the street in front of the pharmacy located in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si on June 23:05, 201 and demanded the victim E to stop the said taxi and stop the said taxi on the street in front of the pharmacy located in Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si.

Accordingly, the Defendant, “I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling, I ambling the part of the victim’s left shoulder twice, so I ambling the victim with approximately two weeks of medical treatment.”
