1. The Defendant’s KRW 78,00,000 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from January 1, 2016 to October 19, 2016.

In full view of the facts in dispute between the parties, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the overall purport of the pleadings, the plaintiff lent 100,000 won interest to the defendant on April 22, 2013 by designating 50,000 won per month, and the principal was paid 20,000 won on December 31, 2014, and October 14, 2015, respectively, and the interest on the said money was paid until the end of the end of the period of time until October 2015 (40,000 won per month after repayment of the said KRW 20,000).

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff 78,00,000 won in the principal and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 6% per annum within the scope of the agreement from January 1, 2016 to October 19, 2016, the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

Therefore, the claim of this case is justified, and it is decided as per Disposition by admitting it.
