1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 100,000,000 for the Plaintiff and 12% per annum from June 7, 2016 to February 6, 2017.

1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and

2. Judgment by service (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

3. The Plaintiff partially dismissed: (a) by May 8, 2016, the Plaintiff was a person who received interest at the interest rate of KRW 1 million per month on or around the seventh or eighth day of each month; (b) the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the interest and delay damages for KRW 100,00,000, which is the following month, from June 7, 2016; and (c) the remainder of the Plaintiff’s interest claim (the part already received prior to the foregoing period) is without merit, and thus, partially dismissed.
