[Criminal Justice] On January 7, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion larceny at Jeju District Court for one year and six months, and completed the execution of the sentence in Jeju Prison on May 29, 2014.

1. On March 14, 2015, around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) went through a “D” office located in C2, in Jeju City; (b) went through a fence on the first floor restaurant; and (c) intruded into a 2nd floor through a window not corrected by the second floor; and (d) went through a 700,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, which was located in the 2nd floor; and (b) stolen it.
2. Around 01:00 on March 25, 2015, the Defendant: (a) opened and intruded “G” at the architect’s office located in Jeju-si; (b) took a two-story toilet; and (c) took a drinking-water bottle owned by the victim H, which was located in the cooling house; and (d) cut off, with approximately KRW 90,000 won in a gold-water reservoir located in the air on his/her book.
3. On March 29, 2015, at around 22:00, the Defendant opened a window that was not corrected by the second floor of the next building in front of the “J” office located in Jeju City I, and intruded into the office, and stolen cash owned by the victim K, which was located in his book.

1. On February 21, 2015, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the windows on the second floor stairs of the victim’s 3rd floor in Jeju City L Building; and (b) went into the wall through the toilet window that was not corrected by the said office; (c) went into the door through a toilet window that was not corrected by the said office; and (d) cut down the cash amount of KRW 5,000,000,000,000,000 won owned by the victim on the book; and (d) cut into the wall.
2. On February 27, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went through a toilet window on the second floor stairs and then intrudes into a wall through a window that was not corrected by the said office; (b) on February 27, 2015, the Defendant started in Qu office managed by the Victim P, located in the Jeju-si Office; and (c) intrudes into the wall through a window that was not corrected by the said office.
