Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

As the wife of C, the Defendant: (a) considered that in the fraud criminal case against the above C arising from the process of resale to E the right to sell apartment units located in Sungnam-si through the victim D who operates the real estate consulting office, C was convicted, and the victim was not present at the court-detained as a witness; and (b) sentenced the victim to pressure the victim to receive monetary compensation from the victim, such as the victim’s discovery of the office in which the victim works, etc.

1. On June 7, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around 13:00 on June 7, 2012, before the real estate consulting office for the victim’s working in Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si, the Defendant: (b) did not appear as a witness due to the lack of witness summons procedures in the criminal trial process against C; and (c) did not change the phone number; (d) did not change the phone number; (b) found the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts in the manner of public notice from around 15:00 on the same day.

2. At around 16:00 on the same day as above paragraph (1) above, the Defendant: (a) cited the diskettes as mentioned in paragraph (1) in front of the Sungnam-gu G apartment house located in Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu; and (b) by openly pointing out false facts, thereby damaging the honor of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.
