A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 26, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (not taking measures after accidents) (hereinafter referred to as the “MM”) in the course of driving C rocketing and another car on duty and driving it on the back of the E-high-speed vehicle driven by the victim D (Nam, 33 years old) who was temporarily stopped in the future while driving it on the side of the intersection, driving from the parallel, the lower-speed part of the repair cost of the said high-speed vehicle at KRW 262,148, the Defendant did not take necessary measures to avoid the influence of alcohol in the front.

2. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) and Violation of the Road Traffic Act (MH) shall cause a traffic accident under the influence of alcohol by 0.209%, as described in paragraph (1), and shall follow the police officer responsible for drinking regulation, and shall drive the said rocketing and other vehicles for about 6 km. On July 26, 2013, the Defendant is proceeding to the right side of the Cheongju University, which is located in the Cheongdong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, and the right side of the vehicle at the right side of the 5th Haju University, while proceeding to the above 5th Haak-gu, in contravention of the above Haak-gu signal and making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle at the right side of the 5th Haak-gu, while driving the vehicle at the right side of the Haak-gu, the front part of the 5th Haak-gu, which was at the right side of the vehicle.
