1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff KRW 86,407,08; and (b) Defendant B Co., Ltd., Ltd., from May 9, 2018, and Defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. The relationship between the parties 1) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant B”).

(2) Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant C”) is a company with the aim of temporary placement of workers.

3) On March 10, 2017, Defendant C reported the name of the place of business to Korea Workers’ Compensation and Welfare Service as “C-B” and subscribed to an industrial accident insurance, and employed a plaintiff who is an Russia on March 18, 2017 and dispatched it to Defendant B. (b) On March 18, 2017, the occurrence of the accident occurred, by means of transportation provided by Defendant C, to work in Defendant B’s factory, and under Defendant B’s direction and supervision, included raw materials in the presses provided by Defendant B, divided the presses into two hand, and operated the presses, and then take the products affixed by Defendant C with the product affixed. The Plaintiff’s left hand was divided into two hands of the Plaintiff’s product attached to the presses (hereinafter “the acquisition press presses”) and then the Plaintiff’s product attached to the presses on the left hand (the Plaintiff’s remaining hand hand hand hand over 10:0 on the same day).

A. The occurrence occurred.

C. The Plaintiff’s injury suffered from the Plaintiff’s injury in the instant accident, e.g., the left-hand rupture and skin loss, minculative rupture, 2, 3, 4, 5 water rupture rupture rupture, and heavy water rupture rupture rupture.

With respect to the instant accident, the Plaintiff was paid KRW 4,296,080 as temporary layoff benefits from March 19, 2017 to June 9, 2017, when the period of medical care is recognized by the Korea Workers' Compensation and Welfare Service as of June 9, 2017.

In addition, the plaintiff falls under the 7th class disability water supply from the Korea Labor Welfare Corporation.
