Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 9, 2015, DefendantO was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (organization and activities of organizations, etc.) at the Jeonju District Court on July 9, 2015 and the judgment on July 17, 2015 became final and conclusive on July 2015.
Defendant
AC was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju District Court on March 28, 2011 and completed the execution of sentence on March 13, 2013.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendants’ public offering “The National Housing Fund loan loan system” means a commercial bank’s loan by up to 70% of the deposit money for the lease on a deposit basis where ordinary people below KRW 50,000 have received a loan from a commercial bank with the said fund. The 90% of the loan can be compensated by a commercial bank even if the loan is impossible to be recovered due to the Korea Housing Finance Corporation’s guarantee.

The above defendant, as if AM leased the above apartment, prepared a false lease contract and conspired with AM and AG to share the lease fund with the loan.
The above defendant provided the above apartment to AG daily allowances, and AG daily allowances are above AM.
