Defendant
A and B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months, and by imprisonment for six months, respectively.
, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Joint criminal conduct by Defendant A and Defendant B
A. On December 18, 2014, at around 09:50, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) filed a dispute for the reason that the victim C (the age of 25) who was drinking together at the “F store” located in Busan Jin-gu, Busan, would speak against the victim C (the age of 25). However, the Defendant C took a part of the victim C’s entry, and Defendant B continued to take the part of the victim C’s face into his arms and drink the victim C’s face with his arms and drink the victim C’s face, and the Defendants were able to fight the victim G (the age of 24) with the body of the victim C, and the victim G (the age of 24) took part in fighting with the victim’s face by drinking, and Defendant B took part in the face of the victim G and her face twice.
As a result, the Defendants jointly committed various injuries, such as dypages, etc. which require approximately three weeks of medical treatment to victims C, and 8 weeks of medical treatment to victims G, including 8 cryp, etc.
B. On December 18, 2014, the Defendants: (a) arrested a flagrant offender to the police officer H, etc. belonging to the Busan High Police Station, who called upon the above-mentioned dispute around 10:40 on December 18, 2014; and (b) arrived at the Busan High Police Station I District; (c) Defendant B was off his own clothes and carried out by the other party; (d) 2 to 3 times the chest part of H’s chest, which he gets off his clothes; and (e) the police officer J, who was next to it, prevented Defendant B; and (e) Defendant B committed assault, such as: (e) embling alcohol to J; and (e) cutting off his arms to J.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired and interfered with the legitimate execution of official duties by H and J.
2. Defendant A’s sole crime committed assaulted the victim, such as the victim K (the 25-year-old)’s fighting at the time and place described in paragraph 1(a), with the victim’s fighting fighting at his/her son’s hand, cutting the victim’s chest, and cutting the victim’s boom.
3. Defendant C
