When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 25, 2015, at around 04:12, the Defendant: (a) reported that C was rapidly fluored by inserting her hand on the back her entrance in front of the B apartment 6 entrance in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) subsequently, C concealed the victim F of the E front fire-fighting unit in the vicinity D1st floor; (c) instructed C to conceal the victim’s wall at the top of the B apartment 6 entrance in front of the adjacent B apartment, and reported it to 112; (d) 50,000 won in total 7,50,000 won in front of the victim’s wall.
