Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
1. Defendant B and Defendant A had a disguised office with E, F, G, and H, with the intent to obtain money from the person who reported the false recruitment advertisement, and entered into a cargo transport contract with the person who received the false recruitment advertisement, and to obtain money as the purchase price for the paper vehicles. Defendant A provided the name when entering into a cargo transport contract with the representative director of a company I (J prior to the change) that is a disguised corporation. Defendant A provided the name when entering into a cargo transport contract. Defendant B transferred the money to Defendant account and delivered the money to E after cash withdrawal; Defendant B provided the money to Defendant “K”, “L,” “M,” etc. Defendant B provided false advertisement, contractor consultation, contract conclusion, etc. with “the head of the headquarters”; F provided the same role as the person in charge of the local logistics center of the above corporation; G performs the work related to the contract at the office; and Defendant A performs the work related to the contract at the office as an employee of NH and the most substantive entity of each logistics center.
