A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. In photographing another person's body by using devices equipped with similar functions such as a camera, etc. against the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes, no photographer shall be distributed, sold, leased, provided, or displayed openly against the will of the person subject to photographing, even if it does not go against the will of the person subject to photographing at the time of photographing;

On July 10, 2015, the Defendant taken photographs showing the body parts of the victim D, which were located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C”, and the photographer decided to file a complaint only and provided it to others or did not distribute it to others.

Nevertheless, against the intent of the above D, the Defendant sent approximately 115 copies of the photograph taken D around June 8, 2017 to the Defendant’s seat, E, etc. using the “F” program, which is the file transmission program, and distributed it. In addition, from September 22, 2016 to August 2017, the Defendant sent them to the Defendant’s seat, such as E, etc., a total of 13 times, on the condition that the filmer did not provide or distribute it.

In this respect, the defendant distributed photographs against the will of the person subject to filming.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. On January 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed indecent act by compulsion against the victim G (a) by compulsion, the Defendant: (b) caused the victim G entering the said escape room to take the following in front of the escape room connected with the head of the “C” bill in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; and (c) caused the victim G entering the said escape room to “as soon as possible,” and (d) committed an indecent act by forcing the victim by making the victim’s her her her her her her her her bb

B. The Defendant against the victim D’s indecent act by force on August 29, 2015 is a photograph of the said “C”.
