Punishment of the crime

The Defendant married with the victim B on April 29, 2003, but divorced on August 10, 2006, and married again on October 30, 2006, but divorced on October 26, 2013.

1. On October 2014, the Defendant stolen one smartphone, which is the victim’s possession of the victim, by taking advantage of the gaps in the victim’s surveillance at a place where a police officer was unsatisfed in the early police officer, in a place where the victim’s surveillance was neglected.
