1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff A KRW 8,680,277, and KRW 8,038,92 to the Plaintiff and each of them shall be repaid from September 15, 2016.

In full view of the evidence and the purport of the entire pleadings, the Plaintiffs were employed by the Defendant and retired on August 31, 2016, while serving at the Defendant’s workplace. However, the Plaintiffs were found to have failed to receive the total of KRW 8,680,277, and Plaintiff B’s wages and retirement allowances total of KRW 8,038,92.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff A with 8,680,277 won of the above overdue wages and 8,038,992 won of the above overdue wages and delay damages calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 31, 2016 to September 15, 2016, which the Plaintiffs retired, to the day of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
