1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A the amount of KRW 29,580,255, KRW 42,766,748, and each of them shall be paid from January 2, 2019.

Plaintiff

A From May 10, 2015, Plaintiff B was employed and worked for the Defendant from May 15, 2013, and retired on December 18, 2018, respectively. The wages and unpaid retirement allowances that the Plaintiffs had not received from the Defendant at the time are paid by the Plaintiffs A to KRW 29,580,255 (paid retirement allowances of KRW 23,366,129), Plaintiff B to KRW 42,76,748 (paid retirement allowances of KRW 31,761,290), and Plaintiff B to KRW 42,76,748 (paid retirement allowances of KRW 31,761,290, 295,458). Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiffs damages for late payment from the date following the lapse of 29,580, 254, B427 and 279 of the Labor Standards Act to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiffs' claims are justified, and all of them are accepted.
