1. On February 17, 2018, around 05:30, the Defendant: (a) entered a sick room of 8-dong 7-dong 7, Nam-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, where the Defendant received medical treatment at the hospital and the victim C was in a sick room with a string door, thereby breaking the market value of the victim C at a gallon of 1,00,000,000 won in a S7 mobile phone and a mobile phone room; and (b) stolen this by having one credit card copy.
2. On February 17, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, around 06:00, the Defendant was on board a taxi in front of the Southern National University Hospital in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu and brought the victim to the Eelel located in Nam-gu, Gwangju-gu, by getting on a taxi with the victim’s name in mind, and presented the credit card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s credit card and paid 3,700 won of the taxi fee by presenting the credit card as if the Defendant was the Defendant’s credit card and paying 3,700 won of the taxi fee with the above card, from that time to February 17, 2018, the Defendant acquired financial profits of the above taxi amounting to the above taxi rate of KRW 1,428,700 by deceiving the victims in the same manner as in the daily list of crimes, and received property gains or received property at least four times in total.
Accordingly, the defendant used stolen credit cards, and received financial benefits or assets by deceiving victims.
3. On February 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) invaded upon a structure and stolen victim G (H) with the third floor of the F building in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and caused intrusion into the office through the entrance, which was not corrected, in front of the “H” office operated by the victim G (45 years of age); and (b) stolen the building with one cellphone with the victim’s market price equivalent to KRW 40,000,000,000 in total on the window.
