Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On June 16, 2019, at around 05:56, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, and made it left left from C to C’s private distance.

Since there is no signal signal, there is a duty of care to safely turn to the left after checking whether a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle is a vehicle crossing by reducing the speed or temporarily stopping, and checking the right and the right before left and right-hand turn, there was a duty of care to safely turn to the left.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and her driver’s duty to turn to the left immediately after the center line is over the left side of the intersection, and the Defendant her driver’s vehicle driven by the victim D (W, 47 years old) who was going to the right side from the left side of the Defendant’s vehicle in the course of checking that the Defendant’s vehicle appears in the front of his own driving direction and reducing the speed, and received the front front front portion of the Defendant’s vehicle in front of the driver’s seat in the course of leaving the Defendant’s vehicle to the front line.

As a result, the Defendant suffered injury, such as the garrison of T7 parts, which requires about 10 weeks of medical treatment, due to the above occupational negligence.
