A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 30, 2010, the defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of four months by the Cheongju District Court for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licensed driving) at the Cheongju District Court, and on January 7, 2011, the above judgment becomes final and conclusive and is still under probation.

On April 2, 2012, the Defendant driven the above cargo without obtaining a driver's license on April 2, 2012, and led to the left-hand turn at about 30 km from the Cheongju to the original household complex in front of the Incheon Industrial Complex in the ero-Eup of the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant used the above cargo to turn to the left-hand turn at about 30 km from the Cheongju to the front household complex.

Since there is no traffic control, there was a duty of care to check whether there is a cross-road vehicle by reducing or temporarily stopping the speed prior to the left-hand turn to a person engaged in driving service, and to drive the vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went to the Cheongju from the internal waters due to the negligence of the left-hand turn while driving the center line as it was, the Defendant received the front part of the DKaren car driven by the victim C (Y, 24 years old) from the front part of the said cargo vehicle, and the victim E (W, 45 years old) who followed the said cargo vehicle in the same direction and followed the vehicle behind the said cargo vehicle in the same direction, was carrying the front part of the F. M. car driven by the victim E (W, 45 years old).

Ultimately, the Defendant’s occupational negligence inflicted injury on the above victims C such as cerebral sugars requiring approximately three weeks of medical treatment; injury to the victim G (the 17-year-old) and the victim H (the 16-year-old-old-car), each of which requires a two-day medical treatment; injury to the victim I (the 16-year-old-year-old-old-old-car) such as dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium dynasium
