Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on May 24, 2016 to imprisonment with prison labor for special injury at the Seoul Southern District Court for ten months, and for the same year.

【Criminal Facts】

1. The Defendants purchased narcotics, etc. from the Netherlands Rotterdam, and conspired to ship them into Korea to sell them. On July 20, 2016, the Defendants left Korea through the Incheon International Airport located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and arrived at the Netherlands Rotterdam around 09:30 on July 21, 2016.

At around 11:30 on July 21, 2016, the Defendants: (a) purchased approximately 1,500 knives ( approximately 1.9 million Korean Won) narcotics at the house of F on the sale of narcotics residing in the Netherlands Rock; (b) purchased approximately 1,500 knives ( approximately 28g Korean Won); and (c) MaDMA (one e-mail “E-mail”; hereinafter “E-mail”) which is a psychotropic drug; and (d) 100 knives (one e-mail; hereinafter “E-mail”); and (b) admitted the Spanish Islands held in Belgium, and subsequently consumed part of the Spain Island while entering the club.

After that, at around 18:00 on August 2, 2016, the Defendants returned to the Netherlands Rock, and purchased the 50-day clifs through 50-day clifs in the trade name clifs in the Netherlands cancer (as approximately 65,000) and purchased the clifs in the hemp, at around 20:0 on the same day, the Defendants purchased the clifs in G apartment D located in the Netherlands clifstegs in Defendant B’s Netherlands, and at around 20:0 on the same day, purchased approximately 2,400 clifs (Korean clifs KRW 3,00,000), and 70 clifs in the X-si, psychotropic drugs, approximately 1,330gs, and 00 glifs and glifs.

The Defendants concealed the narcotics purchased as above in their respective travel bags and conspired to return them to the Republic of Korea. Defendant A, among the narcotics purchased as above, planned to return to the Republic of Korea. Defendant A, of the narcotics purchased as above, the X masters 250 hours, lsD 1,000, 1.78g of hemps, and 1.78ggs in one’s travel room, and cosmetics.
