A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant treated the psychotropic drugs, “Lisgic acidic thylaide, one-day LSD” (hereinafter “lsD”), “3,4-Methic ethyleneine-N-Methic ethylista” (3,4-Methyenedixy-N-meythylamppp, MDMA, one-day EX, hereinafter “EXP”) and marijuana as follows:

1. On June 2019, the Defendant, EXP medication, was in the Defendant’s house located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B apartment C in Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and EXP 2 together with water.

In this respect, the Defendant administered an X-si.

2. On June 2019, the Defendant d Park, located in Yongsan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, in the “D Park,” among June 2019, 2019, dices of hemp, and dices of the delay by attaching approximately 1g of hemp to rollering slicker with fire.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana.

3. 4. On November 2019, the Defendant smoked for marijuana in the instant “D Park” as of November 2019, and smoked for approximately oneg of hemp in the same manner as Paragraph 2.

5. At around 15:00 on December 18, 2019, the Defendant, who is in possession of X posters, was put in the house of the above Defendant, 30 and approximately 0.7g of X posters 30 and approximately 0.7g, and 6 hours were put in a plastic box, and stored on the base of a plastic box.

Accordingly, the Defendant possessed approximately 36 hours and approximately 0.7gs in X-si.

6. The defendant holding marijuana shall put 3.5g of marijuana into his house at the time specified in paragraph 5 above, put 3.5g of marijuana in a glass bottle, and 0. hemp.
