1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the buildings listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. (1) On August 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) concluded the instant lease agreement; (b) on March 2, 2012, the organization D Co., Ltd. established B (hereinafter “B”) by dividing the portion of the banking business into parts on March 2, 2012.

(C)A building listed in the Schedule 1 (hereinafter referred to as “instant building”) from (C) the trust business entity;

(A) Of the following, the part (a) on the ship connected in sequence 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 1 among the 1st floor on the ground indicated in the attached drawing Nos. 2, 212.09 square meters, total of 1,166.48 square meters on the ground, total of 14th floors on the ground, total of 15 square meters on the ground, total of 1,159.15 square meters on the ground, total of 16th 1,125.37 square meters on the ground (hereinafter “instant store”).

) From September 12, 2014 to September 11, 2018, lease deposit amounting to KRW 502,409,00, and KRW 32,993,400 (value-added tax separate) shall be set as lease (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) and leased (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

The contents of the instant lease agreement are as follows. Article 5 (Management Expenses) ① The lessee shall pay the lessor the amount of KRW 8,363,40,00 as the basic management expenses of the building every month: Provided, That the value added tax shall be separately borne by the lessee. ③ Where a lessee has installed facilities requiring electric consumption, such as air conditioners, air-resistant and temperature habits, and large capacity computer systems, the costs necessary for the installation of measuring instruments and the costs incurred in the use of electricity, water, heating, air conditioners, gas, etc. (excluding value added tax) shall be borne separately from the management expenses under paragraph 1; and the cost of use shall be paid by the lessee by the 18th day of the relevant month. ① Rent and management expenses shall be paid by the end of one month from the 1st day of the relevant month, and the lessee shall pay the amount prescribed under Articles 4 and 5 of this agreement by the 10th day of the relevant month.
