A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, along with the name “B” and “C”, was willing to sell the Mebamina, which is a native mental medicine (hereinafter “C”), and the Defendant and “C” colors the buyer, and the “B” shared the role of the Meba in writing.

1.
