Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person who handles narcotics as a foreigner of the nationality of Thailand.

1. A violation of the Narcotics Control Act (favoking), along with B of the same nationality (B, one name “C”; hereinafter “C”), the Defendant conspiredd to sell the same after seeking the purchaser of the YBA (hereinafter “ABA”) containing the Mepta, which is a primary mental medicine, by asking the purchaser of the YBA (hereinafter “IBA”) and after negotiating the sales volume, price, and giving notice to the purchaser and the Defendant of the place of delivery of the Meba, the Defendant must sell and deliver the Mea to the buyer at the place of transaction designated by C, and share the role of receiving the sales proceeds.

A. A. Around November 7, 2020, according to the above public offering, C: (a) around November 7, 2020, around a telephone conversation, around November 7, 2020, sold to D (E; hereinafter “E”); (b) the same nationality D (E; hereinafter “E”); and (c) the sales amount of KRW 3.5 million at KRW 200,000; and (d) the bus terminal adjacent to the bus terminal located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Chungcheongnam-Eup/Myeon; and (c) notified E and the Defendant thereof.

Accordingly, on November 7, 2020, the Defendant sent 200,000 won from the above G market public toilets to E and received 3.5 million won as the sales proceeds.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to sell to E.

B. Around November 10, 2020, following the above public offering, C, around November 10, 202, intended to sell to E by telephone conversations around November 10, 2020, KRW 3.5 million, and the place of the transaction was determined as a public toilet in the above G market, and notified E and the Defendant respectively.

Accordingly, on November 10, 2020, the Defendant sent 200 million won from the above G market public toilets to E and received 3.5 million won as the sales proceeds.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspired with C to sell to E.

2. The Defendant violates the Immigration Control Act on April 28, 2019.
