A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On December 6, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a collective, deadly weapons, etc.) at the Seoul Northern District Court on December 6, 2012, and three years of suspension of execution was finalized on December 14, 2012.

While running the mobile phone consignment business with the trade name of “C”, the Defendant paid a sales subsidy to the customer by means of additional opening one mobile phone number in the name of the customer when the customer who found the place opens the mobile phone, and was willing to collect sales commission therefrom by increasing the sales volume.

1. Forgery of private documents against D and uttering of private investigation documents;

A. When the exact time on November 15, 2012 is unknown, the Defendant forged private document: (a) within the sales store of the mobile phone consignment store of the Defendant’s operation in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant entered the new mobile phone service in the “T-based contract” printed on the printed “T-based new contract; (b) indicated the “D”, “F”, and “E” in the name column of customer information; (c) signed the “D” in the customer registration number column; and (d) arbitrarily private individuals and private persons are given consent to the collection and use of personal information; and (d) written consent to the collection and use of personal information in each applicant column in the same manner as “D’s personal information, location information, credit information collection, provision, and consignment agreement” printed on the “personal location information sales contract”; and (d) written consent to the “D”, “personal location information collection and use” and then signed on the “D” column in the same manner as the “personal location information collection and use of the mobile phone.”
