1. Defendant A

(a) No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or keep them for such purposes;

3. The defendant C, who set up 51 game machines that the above Gap did not receive classification as mentioned in the above paragraph (1), provides customers with access to such game machines, and provided customers with points earned after they put into cash in the said game machine as 10,000 won per 10,000 won, while knowing that they conduct a business of exchanging money in cash from around July 25, 2014 to customers, he/she shall conduct a business of exchanging money in cash.

8.4. From 20:20 to 20:20, an employee shall work outside the game room as described in paragraph 1 and the vehicle of customers.
