Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No person shall provide game products for distribution or use which have not been classified, or display or keep them for such purposes;

From July 8, 2014 to December 20:25 of the same month, the Defendant set up 40 game machine “marine camping machine” which was not classified on the first floor of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and provided them to customers.

(b) No person shall engage in the business of exchanging or arranging exchange or repurchase tangible and intangible results obtained through the use of game products;

The defendant, at the time and place under the preceding paragraph, had a business of exchanging game money in cash after deducting 10% commission from the points that many unspecified customers received in the game.

2. Defendant B’s act of setting up 40 game machine in which the above A did not receive classification as seen in the foregoing paragraph (1) and providing customers with the said game machine for use, and, even if he knows that customers are to put in cash in the said game machine and engage in a business of exchanging points in cash to customers, from around July 8, 2014, the same year is applicable.

7. From 20:25 until 20:25, by serving as an employee in the above game room, aiding and abetting the above A’s game room business and money exchange business by doing an act such as customer’s name and guidance.
