A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from November 201 to April 2015, is a person who operated a lifelong education center, which is a lifelong education center, from the Cheongju-si considerable district D and 2 from the Cheongju-si to the 2nd floor of the E Lifelong Education Center (FLifelong Education Center from February 5, 2014 to April 2015) and was engaged in the business of training childcare teachers upon being commissioned by the employer of childcare centers.

A person operating a lifelong education center shall conduct vocational skills development training for government-funded business operators (a system that fully or partially provides training expenses to business operators who conduct vocational skills development training in order to acquire and improve workers' ability to perform duties necessary for their occupation), where the conditions that business operators should attend not less than 80/100 of recognized training hours are met, the business operators shall prepare documents proving the expenses when applying for training expenses and submit them to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, and the Government may receive a refund of training expenses from the Government through examination of whether to subsidize expenses.

After establishing the E-Lifelong Education Center around November 2012, the Defendant established 75 government-funded workplace skill development training programs, such as G courses recognized by the Ministry of Labor to improve knowledge and skills necessary for the duties of childcare teachers, and started workplace skill development training by entering into a contract with the government-funded workplace employers or childcare teachers affiliated with childcare centers who sent promotional information, mail and mail to the above training to employers who run childcare centers in the Cheongju-si, and reported the above training to them.

On December 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) at the Chungcheong Branch of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea of the Victims, located in the 81-ro, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, about December 27, 2012, “from December 14, 2012 to December 22, 2012.”
