Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant visited the National Assembly members within B to be treated as alcohol addiction by drinking alcohol in 2016.
On June 11, 2016, around 01:16, the Defendant: (a) expressed his desire to “in-house Council members” to “in-house Council members” to “in-house A” patient waiting room in Cheongju-gu, Cheongju-si; (b) took the victim’s nurse D, and (c) demanded the victim D to be able to be able to take the victim’s care of another person; (d) thereby, the Defendant interfered with the hospital’s medical treatment by repeatedly exerting influence over about 30 minutes of desire and large sounds.

1.
