Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On October 8, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) at the Cheongju District Court on November 8, 2013, and completed the execution of the sentence in a public prison on November 11, 2014.
