A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On February 5, 2019, at around 15:50, the Defendant assaulted the B’s right side side buckbucks and the front side c of the railroad police station in the same affiliated jurisdiction at once as drinking, on the taxi platform of the cheon-gu, Yan-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, 239, where he received a report that “any male shall sit on the road and interfere with the traffic of vehicles by seating on the road.”

On June 5, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:15, on June 16, 2019, the Defendant openly 10 minutes of obscene act by openly exposing 10 minutes of sounds on the road, while setting up the market merchants in front of the D market in Yannam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul, with the safety of the public.

On July 14, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 16:15, 2019, on the roads front of the Donam-gu D market, Yandong-gu, Yandong-gu, the Defendant publicly made an obscene act for about 10 minutes by water on the road with his body while the market merchants and pedestrians observe.

Around 18:20 on September 19, 2019, the Defendant openly committed an obscene act by openly putting together his/her arms, clothes, and clothes on the road, while viewing that many and unspecified persons, such as F, are engaged in the nearest road of the Dong-gu, dong-gu, dong-gu, dong-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant 201.
