A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana or marijuana seed coats, and carry marijuana, hemp seeds, or marijuana seed coats for the purpose of doing such an act, and cultivate, possess, give, receive, transport, keep, or use marijuana, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics, and the defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On May 2019, the Defendant purchased marijuana 240,000 won in return for the purchase of marijuana from D at the street near the Defendant’s residence located in B C, and 2.47,00 won in return for the purchase to D.

2. On June 2019, the Defendant smoked marijuana by inserting the pipes in the presence of the Defendant, as indicated in paragraph (1), and inhaleing the smoke emitted from the burning with the fire, in the pipe’s residence.

3. Around February 20, 2020, the Defendant in possession of marijuana: (a) concealed transparent plastic containers containing approximately 0.07g of marijuana in the form of powder in the form of powder-type in the Defendant’s residence; (b) and (c) possessed and kept marijuana in possession of, and stored in, a transparent spawn containing approximately 0.18g of marijuana in the form of transparent spawn and plant spags contained in 0.68g in the form of powder-type.
