The part against the defendant in the judgment of the first instance shall be revoked.
The plaintiff's claim corresponding to the cancellation shall be dismissed.
Reasons
1. The summary of the case and the facts premised on the case
A. The summary of the case is that the Plaintiff, a public educational official (public educational official) who was employed as the principal of the B secondary school, violated the duty of good faith under Article 56 of the State Public Officials Act in the course of establishing and operating the Camp, and thus, was subject to disciplinary action from the Defendant. The Plaintiff’s appeal review is mitigated by three months of the suspension from office of the teacher’s appeals review committee, and the removal is maintained as it is, the Plaintiff’s disciplinary action and removal from office for three months of the suspension from office against the Plaintiff did not exist, or the Plaintiff’s revocation of the removal from office and removal from office was sought by asserting that it was illegal because the Plaintiff violated the duty of good faith under Article 56 of the State Public Officials Act.
The judgment of the court of first instance accepted the part of the claim to revoke the disciplinary action for three months of suspension from office, dismissed the remaining claims, and the plaintiff and the defendant appealed against the part against which they lost.

B. The premise fact 【Evidence 【Ch, 7, 8, 10, 14, 14, and 6 as well as the overall purport of the pleadings (i.e., the Plaintiff is a public educational official appointed as a teacher of a public school on July 1, 1980 and continued to maintain his/her school life, and served as the principal of the F Middle School School School during the period from March 1, 2010 to February 28, 2013, who was retired from his/her age as of August 31, 2014.
The defendant demanding resolution against the plaintiff on June 27, 2014, the defendant established the camp part of the B Middle School which was difficult to start on October 2011 and operated it. ① Violation of the employment rules of sports team leaders (general coaches), ② Violation of the regulations on general transfer and special admission of students, ③ Violation of the regulations on prohibition of boarding training in the camp part in the middle school, ④ improper processing of application for approval of a dormitory for a student player, and ④ improper processing of application.
