A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant forged a prescription to forge a private document with a view to purchasing pentry ingredients containing psychotropic drugs, and pentry ingredients. From October 30, 2018 to October 22:00, the Defendant made a prescription form with a computer referring to a prescription form prescribed by himself/herself at around the past 2014; and then made a prescription form with a prescription form on October 31, 2018; “D” in the prescription medical personnel column; “D” in the medical institution name column; “D” in the prescription medical personnel column; and “in the prescription column” in the prescription prescription column; and “in the process of forging a prescription with a suspect’s name on July 18, 2019; from that time, the Defendant forged a prescription form with a view to using the prescription form with a view to exercising the authority to verify the relevant criminal document by means of forging the prescription form on July 17, 2019.

On November 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) presented a forged prescription under Paragraph (1) at G pharmacy located in Seongbuk-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si; (b) and thereafter exercised 17 copies of the forged prescription under the same method until July 19, 2019, as indicated in the list of crimes (2).

3. Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a person handling narcotics, etc., the Defendant violated the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) was issued a forged prescription as stipulated in Paragraph 2 at G pharmacy located in Changwon-si F around November 19, 2018 at G pharmacy located in Changwon-si F around November 2, 2018, and was issued with pentdibro 84, which was next to March 2, 2018, in which psychotropic drugs-related ingredients were pentdiricated, and was melted daily at the home located in Changwon-si B apartment C from November 20, 2018. At that time, from that time, the Defendant was lived in the same water law as from August 1, 2019, and as indicated in the list of crimes (c).
