B On January 9, 2014, the Seoul Southern District Court sentenced 6 months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, which became final and conclusive on January 17, 2014.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal

A. On July 23, 2013, around 19:00, the Defendants, at the front of the Hnobya Bank located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, the victim I (the age of 15) and the victim J (the age of 15), provided that “When the Defendants reported, their parents may also be at risk if they were aware of the pester’s school hidine,” and they would change the case cost if they want to get back after getting a cell phone from the said I, and then receive 60,000 won from the entrance of the State Park located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon, at around 21:30 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants jointly received the property through the cooperation of the victim I, and threatened the victimJ.

나. 피고인들은 2013. 7. 25. 19:50경 위 H노래방 앞 길에서 피해자 K(17세), 피해자 L(17세), 피해자 M(16세)로 하여금 위 노래방 옆 골목길로 따라오게 한 다음 “뭘 쳐다보냐, 눈 깔아”라고 말하며 돈을 안 주면 때릴 것처럼 손을 들면서 겁을 주고, 이에 겁을 먹은 위 K로부터 16,000원, 위 L으로부터 10,000원, 위 M로부터 4,000원을 각각 그 자리에서 교부받았다.

Accordingly, the Defendants jointly agreed to the victims and received the above property from the victims respectively.

2. Defendant A

A. On July 25, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 19:30 on the front day of the Hnonode bank, the Defendant: (b) served the victim J as stated in the above paragraph (1) “I will see once a handout; and (c) was issued one hand out of the victim’s possession market value equivalent to KRW 250,00,000, in which the victim was worn at the victim’s home.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by threatening the victim.
