A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months and by imprisonment with prison labor for one year.
However, as to the Defendants, each objection is made against the Defendants.

1. The Defendants’ co-principal
A. On April 19, 2012, the Defendants committed the crime against the Victim E and the Victim F, followed up to the victim E (the 13 years of age) and the victim F (the 13 years of age) who fested in the Goyang-gu G elementary school playground in Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan City around April 19, 2012.
Defendant
A approaching the victim F by "only one telephone call ....", brought about the use of a cell phone with the cell phone, and brought about two times by hand the victim E face demanding the return of the cell phone, and Defendant B brought the victim her cell phone to the cell phone. B. On April 19, 2012, around 21:40 on April 19, 2012, the Defendants discovered the victim H (17 years old), victim I (18 years old), and victim J (17 years old) who were staying home before the 7th complex of the Goyang-gu M building in Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, and then accessed the victim J (17 years old) in the same manner as the entry in paragraph 1(a) and went back to the nearby bench.

The Defendants, in other words, have a single gallon phone in the market value equivalent to one million won from the victim H, who owns the gallon phone from the victim H, and the market value is equivalent to 600,000 won from the victim J.
